Some times Dairy food options are easily over played. Here are a few options to help mix things up

K1
1.5 ounces oven roasted deli chicken breast
¾ cup sliced strawberries or peaches
1 cup mixed baby lettuces
2 teaspoon sliced almonds

K1
¼ cup shelled edamame soybeans
1 ounce oven roasted deli turkey breast
1 ounce grapes

K2
½ extra small (less than 6”) banana
3 hardboiled egg whites
4 almonds

K2
1 cup raspberries,
Strawberries or blackberries
3 eggwhite omlette
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese

K3
1 large hardboiled egg
3 oz deli turkey meat
1 medium apple

K3
7 reduced fat Wheat Thin crackers
4 ounces low-fat deli ham
1 small apple

K3
¾ cup watermelon diced or balls- have some fun!
1 slice whole wheat bread
4 oz deli turkey
Lettuce, tomato, sprouts, onion, pickle- K0 fest
2 teaspoons reduced fat mayo
1/8th sliced avocado

K3
1/2 cup watermelon
Vanilla soy yogurt (6 oz)
1 scoop soy protein powder ( needs 25 grams protein per scoop)
1 tablespoon of nuts



K4
½ cup watermelon
½ a whole wheat pita (1/2 a 6-inch regular size pita)
4 oz Yves veggie deli ham
1/3 of an avocado sliced
Lettuce, tomato, sprouts, pickles, mustard

K3 Hummus
2.5 oz cooked chicken breast
2 tablespoons of hummus
cut up K)'s - I like cherry tomatoes and cucumber
1/2 whole wheat pita

can i trade turkey for ham in the pita with avocado?....i got a thing for turkey and avocado....

I love the dairy... smoothies, fruit plate, cottage cheese... i should have been born in Wisconsin.
