This Holiday, Be Jolly (Without the Jiggle)

You know what’s the worst? Not 100% enjoying the holidays because you feel like your good intentions and healthy lifestyle will be derailed with all of the merriment, parties, cookies, handmade fudge and wassail that are tied to this time of year.

This is the beauty of Kinetix. It’s a lifestyle. And because it’s a lifestyle, it can fit into your days, nights, holidays and non-holidays. So just in time for the winter break, where it is easy to justify caloric intake as holiday merriment, I have rounded the troops here at Kinetix to provide their best advice to get through the holidays.

Read up on how to eat guilt-free at holiday parties (we know there are more parties than free targets in these last few weeks of the year), or commit to fit your workouts in between shopping, family, errands and work. Our Nutritionist, Amanda Schaer explains the science behind K-Balancing alcohol, and Coach Danielle reminds us all the true reason we all get together for the holidays.

So, keep this newsletter handy when you need some advice, or just a reminder that you can make Kinetix work for you at any time of the year. Aside from that, enjoy your friends and family, the hopes for a white Christmas (or New Year!) and start thinking of your New Year’s Resolution!

From all of us at Kinetix, have a safe, relaxed and merry holiday season! See you next year!

Eating K-Balanced doesn't mean you have to eat steamed broccoli and skinless chicken breast in the corner while everyone else is eating christmas ham and pumpkin pie. Try out some of the many great recipes on our site like the Ham, broccoli and cheese quiche and the pumpkin custard. Both are great and you won't feel like you're cheating. Remember to journal and limit those free targets and most importantly enjoy your friends and family.

Yes, Yes, Yes!
So very helpful Kara.
This is so true.
The last thing we all want to feel is guilty for enjoying our Holidays.
Once we can understand how to better approach the holidays, everything comes together!
