Ok, so sorry you are feeling that way. Last week was a bum week for me. Mostly cuz I let it be that way. Yah, there was a lot of stuff going on, but I totally let it get in my head. How you live is all about where your head is at, right?! Yep.
Anyway, I realize that I am 100% of my fire sign. When I am hot, I am hot. When I am cold, I am cold. Just need to not be so serious and let the cold get to me. That is how I am starting this week . . . wondering how I let myself get so serious last week, and anticipating having a blast this week . . .
My message to you, if you are in a rough patch . . . don't be too serious about it. Ask yourself, "What problem do I have right now?" (that is on a Regence poster and I love it!). Really, if you melt into the moment and ask yourself what the problem is, most of the time there really isn't one, or you are getting too wrapped up in it. Getting out of your head is tough, but the best thing you can do for yourself. Some things that helped me to do that:
1. Go outside and walk, run, cycle, hike, something active and outside
2. Give someone a big hug)))))))))
