Sleek, shiny, and clad in stainless steel, the crock-pot of the 70’s is all grown up. Even the name is classier-“slow cooker”. What hasn’t changed is the convenience. Just toss in your ingredients, turn it on, go off for the day, and return home to the welcoming smells of a satisfying, easy dinner.

The one-pot meal is the perfect answer for busy Kinetix cooks and the slow cooking, braising technique can be used with a whole host of recipes from chili to jambalaya.

We honor the revival of the crock-pot with three new recipes

Slow Cooker Asian Pork and Sweet Potatoes; tender pork, simmered with rich coconut milk and tons of good-for-you beta-carotene!

Chicken with Beans and Greens; an Italian classic made easy.

Irish Beef Stew; this revered slow cooked dish is spooned over a pile of buttermilk smashed potatoes. You can even add a slice of Irish Soda Bread.

Buon Appetito!

I'll use my slow cooker to also prepare dried beans, which I buy in bulk to save some $ which right now is super handy, then i'll use the Kinetix Build a Meal Guide to create a recipe that i cna make a big batch of and have my lunch ready for a week! Butta-Boom, its that easy!

Wow this sounds amazing! So, when you use the slow cooker, do you need to cook the meat first or does it cook in there?? I'm new to this..... bear with me...
