Hey,
I was inspiried by the big Stew to give a quick recap with my goals. So, it's my responsibility to keep my friends inline with their goals. How's this going for you? How's the Toastmasters going?

Hello James. for volunteering, while in Portland there is a group call Hands On Portland. They have a website with tons of choices to help. I make cards for children every other month, in the afternoon. Since I can't ride a real bike, I will tell you why in person, I want to compete with my family in the Pole, Pedal, Paddle. Its in Bend. I am the Paddling end of the group. My nephew and niece are the skiers, my other nephew-in-law and his brother (former olympic hopeful bicyclist he did make the team, 2nd alternate) and me and my brother. We are planning on next year.

I noticed you like Yoga. You should try to find time to take a class from Lukas while in Lewiston.
