Whoa!! Relax!! Before you start, take a deep breath and READ the following Do’s and Don’ts for implementing your 2009 game plan.
| DON'T | DO |
|---|---|
| DON'T: Set unrealistic goals | DO: Connect with your coach about an attainable long term goal. Don’t have a coach? Email kcoaches@kinetixliving for more information. |
| DON'T: Weigh yourself on the scale | DO: Get a Body Composition Analysis done. A BCA helps you track your progress by measuring your changes in body composition, not by body weight alone. |
| DON'T: Cut your K-Counts | DO: Stick to your K-Counts ! They are designed for YOU! Cutting your K-counts can reduce your chances of success, while it’s okay to give or take a K-Count once in awhile; it’s not okay to skip meals or snacks. Talk to a coach if you have questions about altering your current K-Counts. |
| DON'T: Add more cardio to your fitness schedule (or go outside of your target heart rate for that matter!) | DO: Believe that you will see results with 30 minutes a day, six days a week. Doing more exercise than necessary can undermine your efforts with Kinetix. Visit the Fitness Library to review the Kinetix Fitness schedule. (And don’t forget to journal your workouts!) |
| DON'T: Be caught unprepared | DO: Use your Journal as your shopping list, or download our master shopping list. YOU will benefit from having your nutrition in place 6 meals a day. With a little planning, you’ll be part of the elite 19/2 week club. |
| DON'T: Forget to have FUN | DO: Remember to celebrate! When I think FUN, I think about the Kinetix Community of course! Participating on the Community Site by blogging , adding pictures , and sharing your stories and questions with the rest of the Community is like a virtual K-Par-Tay! Consider yourself on the VIP list of attendees! |
You might have some other Do’s and some other Don’t s that YOU have picked up on your Kinetix Path. Please Share them!
