Support can mean anything from a quick knuckle bump, to a heartfelt conversation about life. What I am talking about is the fun factor.
How to turn your ordinary every day routine into something to celebrate:

Nutrition
• Themed Potlucks
Example Taco Salad Day … everyone brings an ingredient and eat together. Decorate, wear a Sombrero…anything goes, ole! We have also done K4 Sandwich Building Day, don't forget the KZero Pickles!



• Nutritional “Testing”
My favorite K2 Snack is an Apple and 2 Light String cheese, so for fun I bought about 6-8 varieties of apples and string cheese, and we did a sampling and wrote notes about what we were tasting. It was a great way to share a snack as well as to be curious about one of staple K2 Faves in my repertoire! (See the picture above?)
• Group Grocery Shop
It’s usually a good idea to buy in bulk, right? Or do “quantity shopping”? But , helloooo! Who can fit that entire savings in their cupboard/fridge /freezer? NOT ME! One of my favorite things with my Kinetix friends was when we went on Costco “runs” and would split up some of the staples... like Egg Substitute, Milk, Fruit, Veggies, Pitas, Bread, Chicken, and on and on!

Fitness
• Workout partners (duh!)
This is one of the best ways to stay motivated EVER! BUT.. often its hard to find someone with the same workout schedule as yours, so what to do? I suggest introducing yourself around to the “regulars” in your gym. It’s nice to have several people that you are comfortable around to be your backup work up partners when you don’t have a “steady” .
• Cardio Group
Getting together in a small (or large) group to do a favored cardio is the best way to get it done! Checkout the Saturday Cardio Superstars for ideas.
Zumba? Bike Ride? Saturday Walk? Is it done in your target heart rate? If the answer is “yes”, then its... GAME ON!
“Adventure” group(Think hiking, kayaking, climbing,)
Living Kinetix almost always includes a new sense of adventure and a zeal for life. It’s usually easier to step out of your box when you have likeminded people around you. What are the things you want to try, talk about it, see if you can make it happen, ring lead , be the leader of your adventure pack!

Journal Swap
Sitting down and talking about your journal entries might seem like such an easy thing to do, and it is! Its also very effective for accountability, and getting new ideas for snacks and meals as well as give you an opportunity to help out a coworker or friend.
New Profile Photo Day
I wish everyone had a great Profile Photo up. But they don’t! So find a camera, and start snapping! Upload them to the Kinetix Community Site and watch the personality pop right off the page! Get some group shots.. Some gym , some not .. it's about the Kinetix Lifestyle. Just keep those cards and pictures coming to make our community a brighter place.

Snack Club!!! Find 4 K-Friends and each take a day of the week to bring a K2 snack for the others.
