Wow, this week is going by so fast. I can't believe its day 5 already! I'm so incredibly impressed with myself at this point for sticking with the exercise everyday. Yesterday was particularly challenging after lunges and squats made my leg sore I was really hesitant to go walking. I did do my cardio yesterday, GO ME!!! I think it actually helped my sore muscles a little. My legs feel much better today and I'm ready to do it all again next week. The food has been great. My energy level is pretty high and this is going to be great for me when I start class again in mid July. Coach Ben has been awesome! His wealth of information and great sense of humor have provided me with a solid foundation and keeps my approach to my program lighthearted and fun!

Today I plan to use a free target at Kim Phung noodle house for lunch today, Lisa. I think the lack of protein in my diet might have contributed to my sluggishness. I'm eating way more protein now than I ever had before! Jeff, I have not recieved my Coach Ben sticker, but I think I might need one!
