Anyone Have the Case of the Free Target Frenzy!!??

Ok, so i am here to fill you in on past week and am afraid to say that my Free Targets are 3 too many. Anyone else see this happening in there own K-World? I have come to an epiphany of sorts that my Free Targets should be left for the weekend. The weekends tend to be unstructured, more spontaneous, fun filled social time, evenings spent having a couple beers with my bf and best of all dessert nights with my 2 special and beautiful girls. So why the heck would I waste them on the weekday?? Not sure why I did but am happy to say I have chosen to save them for the weekends from here on out. :)
I believe I think and work better when my meals are nicely balanced in the week and I am hitting my K-Counts each day. Also, my energy is better and I feel I maximize my strength training and cardio sessions better as well.
So here's to staying Kinetical for the Week and enjoying 2 well-deserved free targets this weekend.

I totally agree, it's hard enough to keep it together without throwing in a few beers or night out with my friends. I go right home and start counting k's!! This is really taking a lot of my time but this week is already better than last. I'm hoping that it just becomes second nature and I won't be stressing about food. (I never did before:))

Hi there, Crystal!!

Yes. Labor Day was kind of a Free Target FREEFALL. I tried a new Kinetix recipe, though: the ricotta cheesecake. I love it! I enjoyed it for 4 of my meals and snacks on 2 days of the long weekend. and you know what? Turns out, it goes great with EVERYTHING!

i hear you, Doll!!

my big plan for labor day weekend is to just sort of pretend that i already ate all my free targets. instead, i will use my energy cooking a new recipe, instead of going and rocking out

So with you on this one...I need my energy from k-balanced meals during my work week. I feel great and sleep well when I'm eating balanced food. However, come the weekend--I'm a free target-a-holic!

I'm with all you ladies, weekends are free Target time for sure. My problem is that my afternoon free target runs into my evening and then it's tough to get back on track. BLAHHH!!!

You have more experience with this than I do, but the weekends are when I try to get my free targets in also. We rarely have a plan for the weekend and that makes staying on track much harder. The beer calls to me also and sometimes Margarita, she calls to me too…

Beer for me! Heck-yah Coach C-sizzle . . . I save em' for the weekends too. Why? Because the beer is calling me . . . haha. Easier to stay structured during the work week . . . then go crazy on the weekends.
