How do you explain "Leg Day" to friends & family?

Also included in this category would be, "how do you describe the two days AFTER leg day?" Either way, some descriptive phrases, sounds, & verbs are usually saved for this SPECIAL day of the week. "Man oh man", "I can't wait until it's over", "jello-jiggler legs" followed by some audible noises are some of the dorky PG speaks I have used. Audible sounds include sucking in the air in between clenched teeth with/or without the bug-eyed deer in headlights look face are some of my non-verbal communication about Wednesday's at the K-Gym. In addition to my generic groaning, there's always the geeky singer in me that responds DURING the workout with sing-songy outbursts (right Lisa?) to make it through that especially fun last 15. I'd really like to hear how YOU ALL describe "Leg Day" to your friends and family. So... let's hear it!

I love leg day!

There are very few things you can depend on in life to deliver a guaranteed return on investment. Leg day is one of the things you can trust 100% to do what it promises.
How come you are so sore? Delayed onset muscle soreness, Baby! Mother Nature created those gams to function optimally at 90 degrees in the hips and knees. Lunges are the most biomechanically sound exercise around. Your knees are supported, the joint is protected. And, as long as you do them properly, your buns will tone up quick!
