Just remember not to eat or drink, or exercise two hours before the test - that will give you the best results. And be excited - BCA tests are an awesome way to track your progress. I bet your results will be great!!

Answer: Feedback
That is all the machine can do...give you some numeric feedback about your progress. There is so much more to consider. Think about all you have learned. Don't wait for a machine to tell you that it is time to celebrate. Celebrate now!! Celebrate the positive new habits you have created so far. Pay attention to how your clothes are fitting....how you are sleeping...and your energy levels. Those are all a huge part of the equation and represent successes to be celebrated.
Before you step on the machine, ask yourself this question, "If I could redo the last 4 weeks over again, what would I do differently". Take the answer to that question, your journal and your BCA results to put together a plan for the next 4 weeks. Kinetix is a journey and a lifestyle. Enjoy it!!!
