Fall is definitely in the air, and with it comes shorter days, Back-to-School, and some very busy schedules. Is it possible to stay K-Balanced while doing the balancing act we call life? What does it take to get there?

When we want a specific result, we have to plan for it. We determine our ideal outcome, identify where we are in this moment, and make a PLAN that will take us to our goals.
THAT is where Kinetix comes in.! We have all heard the phrase “A goal without a plan is a wish”. How often have we wished something would work and it just “happens” without any intervention? Ummm, well, I would have to say ZERO times has that happened to me.
So how do we plan? Is there some trick that successful K-Members possess?
Look at this blog by Dan Gordon ...and this one from Chris Westergaard. They had no trick or secrets, they made their plan ( a MASTER PLAN) at that and they launched into it. There are tools that they used to help them get to where they want to be. These tools are ones you have access to as well.

Without these tools, it would be incredibly hard to create success. I can attest to that. Before Kinetix, what I had was intention…not a plan. My mind wanted to change, but without the structure of KInetix, I would not have known what to do. And if you don’t know what to do you set yourself up for failure, right? Take this opportunity, and get it right for your own life. Don’t wait for the work to be done for you. Have your plan in place and ACT. Now is the best time to start.
I invite you to expose your vulnerable side, shove that pride waaaay down, and really search for what your plan should be. No one knows you better than YOU do. And this journey is all about getting and keeping you in the best shape of your life. Since we all don’t have cookie cutter lives we all need to create what will work in our lives. Kinetix is different. It allows for uniqueness in a uniform way. You have the tools …now it’s time to whip out that plan...

Lisa, Im so thrilled that you were doing the first call I had an opportunity to listen to. I love planning, and do get off balance when the plans dont go as planned. I really enjoyed your take on how to get past that! I love to make lists, and with that what we are having for dinner this MONTH, as well as groceries I can buy at once as well as what i need weekly. I love to cook, and cook in bulk, seal it, and freeze it. I CANNOT wait to get to that point with the Kinetix foods. How to build balanced meals.......then I can go forward and plan a month at a time again! YEAH. Thanks again for all your great insights!

I think this is great info. Yes, it does start with intention. Yes, it does start with vision. But without the structure to make it happen, we can fly off into space and not really accomplish anthing.

Taking time out to plan, to shop, to cook, to journal...these things seem like big blocks of time, but the time is so well spent.

And, ultimately, better than kicking ourselves later, wondering, "Huh? What happened to my week? My Goodness..."

Laura is an expert "planner"...and more than that...she has been sharing her menu plans with us in Terry's Team. So, if you need some menu planning ideas...check out Laura's Menu!! She even added a shopping list for week 7!!! Gotta love that!!!! Thanks again, Laura!!!!

You took your new discussion topic right from my latest blog entry. I have discovered that not only is planning important, but how to react even when your plans go awry! Thanks for all your support on my journey!
