DISCOVER THE MOST IMPORTANT TIP TO GET IN GREAT SHAPE - GUARANTEED!

There’s an old saying that goes like this: “If you do nothing, you get
nothing.”
Maybe you’ve heard it, maybe not. Either way, I believe there’s a whole lot
of truth to that very simple saying. It seems to hold true in fitness, business,
relationships and life in general. And, it’s something I wanted to talk about with you
today.

Recently I’ve been receiving a lot of questions asking for my “best tip...” or “if you
only had one tip...” or “give me something to focus on...”, etc. The typical question
talks about “dabbling” in Kinetix for some time with mixed results. Many people have
been thinking about getting started on the program but their life is too busy right
now. Some are planning on starting after summer is over but thought I might be
able to give them some granule of wisdom that will satisfy them until the time is
right.

Here’s the thing: ALL of these people want RESULTS! And, they want those results
yesterday. I get it! I totally get it!

So, to all of you “Kinetix dabblers” out there, here is my most important tip that will
get you in great shape - guaranteed!

TIP: YOU WILL GET OUT OF THIS PROGRAM EXACTLY WHAT YOU PUT IN

There. It’s out there. The truth. The plain and simple truth. It might not be the tip you
were hoping for. But it’s the truth. And, if you think about it, it’s actually pretty
empowering. It says to me, that I am in control of my results. I have the power to take
responsibility for making progress or not. It’s up to me to get fit or not. In my opinion, that’s pretty
cool.

It’s safe to say that if you follow the Kinetix program to a T, you can expect to drop
2-3 pounds of body fat each week. If you follow the program half-way, expect half the
results. Less than that...you shouldn’t expect too much. You can’t wish it away!
Don’t forget that we’re here to help you live Kinetix. We’re here to help you make
progress towards eating K-Balanced six times a day and exercising six days a week.
That’s what we do. We find solutions to your challenges. And the result for you is
well...visible results!

If you’re struggling with any part of the program, contact your coach
(kcoaches@kinetixliving.com or 1-866-KINETIX). Just know that if you want results, you can have them.

Here’s to all of us doing something and getting something.

Your friend,
Jamie

P.S. Thank you for all your PM’s and posts. I’ve decided to send out random Kinetix
gifts to some of you each month as my thanks for your enthusiasm. Please keep
posting on my page, on my blogs and sending PM’s.

Jamie, this tip has been how I have lived my life since graduating high school. You always get what you put in! Kinetix has shown me the fruits of this labor. I gave 110% to Coach Jeff and in return I have lost 9.5lbs and 7.1lbs of fat. I have gone from 29.7% body fat to 27.6% for a total loss of 2.1% in just eight weeks. This is most likely not the most amazing results that you have seen but for me this is simply incredible. If I had looked at this program as just another diet I would have crashed after week two. However, I have always had the instinct to say that I can do anything for ??? amount of time. So, when asked about Kinetix by Coach Jeff, I simply said that I can do anything for eight weeks, and just look at the results. Yes, Jamie, I am very grateful for what you and Meagan have done by bringing this here to Regence. Even though I will no longer be with Regence after this month, I will never forget what I have learned from you or your team, nor will I quit and go back to what I was...I am starting the Performance program next and my goal is to double the 2.1% body fat loss in eight weeks...

I am fond of a saying that Lisa already mentioned above...Nothing worthwhile is ever easy. Luckily, Kinetix is pretty simple and VERY worthwhile. I mean, can you name a more worthy cause then feeling and looking great and knowing that you are healthy? Yes, it takes work and commitment, but like Jaime said, YOU and ONLY YOU are in charge of that. So it will take dedication, but you've got a great support structure in the Kinetix Community--and I promise, the results will be worthwhile!!

oh boy...this could not have come at a better time! i was rockin' kinetix until a kidney infection stalled me...i went off track simply because it was easier to not eat or just grab anything in between sleeping and sitting on my 'death couch'...then, i had such a lack of energy the next week, that i skipped the workouts but ate about 60% on program...this week...i am struggling...every meal has been a struggle and no workouts yet...i am stuck in a bad way...i have said over and over again, 'i will do anything to be fit', why aren't i then? thanks for the reminder and the kick in the behind...i have over 100 lbs to lose, nothing but 100% is gonna get that done for me! i am going to refer back to this post any and every time i am where i have been...stuck...thanks for 'unsticking' me!!!

No quick fixes and nothing worth having is easy! Just think those folks that say I would like to get rid of this extra 25lbs or 40lbs you are no more than 5 months away from getting to where you want to be. Then keep it off by staying on course or even better yet make a life change and who knows what other achievements you will obtain. Keep on keepin on!

Truth is beauty and beauty is truth. Thanks for reminding everybody about that!

Thanks so much for this wisdom Jamie, as someone who has recently started the 8-week programme, this really hits home. Regardless of what else is going on at work or home, putting the time and effort into really getting into the nitty gritty of the programme is what it's all about. I'm feeling sluggish this morning (late night/early morning), had thought about canceling on my team for our noon workout and going it alone later this afternoon but reading this has definitely given me the push I need to make the time to connect with my team and coach today.

I don't have anything to add beyond what has been said. The simple truths kind of speak for themselves.

Thank you Jamie. It is the plain simple truth.

I think that is the best tip out there! That hits home since I am a past Kinetix dabbler. =) I am putting in more effort now and I am seeing the results... Funny how that works.

Exactly JB--

All about confronting and living in reality...from a health perspective reality is 2-3lbs fat loss per week (I've even seen 1-3). Neverthless, you definitely get what you put in:

Easy to put in mathematical terms...for those out there...

If 2-3 lbs of fat loss is optimal results:
What results should one expect if following Kinetix nutrition principles is 25% of optimal?

What restults should one expect if following Kinetix nutrition principles at 25% of optimal AND following Kinetix cardio principles at 33% of optimal?

What should one expect if following Kinetix nutrition principles at 25% of optimal AND following Kinetix Cardio principles at 33% of optimal AND following Kinetix Strength Training Principles at a rate of 33% of optimal.

Love it...I feel that actions always speak louder than words. Tough love is love...feedback is sign of care. I remember someone saying that if your mentor is not giving you feedback...it can be a sign that they have given up on you. Thank you for your care JB
