Know your audience:
Pick a few friends or coworkers that want to have some solid Kinetix nutrition under their belt
Choose a recipe from the Kinetix Website:
A K3 or K4 is optimal for most folks; choose one that serves at least 4.
Cook or prepare meal with love:
Think to the days of lunch ladies and brown bags.
Nothing tastes better to me than a a meal made for me by someone else !

All participants bring in meals marked with recipe and K-Count to a disclosed location for consumption at their discretion. (I have often had mine for dinner or snacks )
