Do you experience any of the following:

Do you feel like you have earned extra free targets? Are you sleeping in a little later in the morning? Are you not preparing for the week ahead? Has your journal gotten a little dusty? Do things come up that interfere with your workout? Have you “been good” for 8 weeks?

You might suffer from Post Kinetix Challenge Let Down (PKCLD).

The thought of taking a break might enter your mind as the euphoria of the Challenge is waning. Before these symptoms of a break become a full blown extended vacation from your healthy lifestyle, remember your support system!

Your weekly meetings, community site, and Kinetix Coaching team are here for you!

Using the community site as a tool has always come naturally to me during my time with Kinetix. I look for advice, helpful tips, interesting conversations and inspiration from its members. I encourage those who are finishing their 8-week challenge to use the resources at hand to stay accountable and focused on personal goals.

It’s also a great place to celebrate the happy moments in your life. Whether it relates to your health goal, or great moments in your life, this is a great way to treat yourself in a non-caloric way. Write about your accomplishments, and how it made you feel. That is a great resource and a great way to track your progress.

Don’t forget to keep up in with your Challenge Groups that you created. There was some serious bonding going on with teams like GESFG, Tough Love, and Crema Heart and Body to name a few.

Remember that we are we are here to help you stay connected to your goals. So ask questions, and enjoy the conversation!
