Profile Information

City:
Seattle!
State:
Washington
About Me:
I started my journey with Kinetix as a client in July of 2006. Notonly did I lose about 60 lbs of Body Fat , but I discovered a passion for fitness that I never knew I had! Embracing the Kinetix principles and singing the praises of a balanced lifestyle to anyone who will listen, I joined the Kinetix team in September of 2007 . After connecting with people as the K-Concierge at the K-Gym in Seattle, I jumped at the opportunity to bring my passion for Kinetix to inspire others on a larger scale. In my current role as a K-Coach I spread my love of Kinetix with clients all across the country. I like to describe myself as a “social network maven and an avid K-Foodie" and am fueled by my die-hard belief in people and the determination to change a habit , and change a life!
Does it GET any better than that?

Yes, "My profile" was a litter too revealing :-)

Thanks Lisa. I guess I would prefer a mountain bike.

The bottom crust is slightly crushed pretzels and butter, the middle layer is a cream cheesy filling and the top is red jello stuffed with sliced strawberries. Sweet and salty and oh so yummy! I used to make it for every get together I went to in college b/c it is so simple to make.

The birthday cake wouldn't have been worth it, but the grilled barbeque chicken, loaded baked potato (I only ate 1/2!) and pretzel jello was!! I hear you about free targets that are not worth it! When it's a restaurant I know I love or a meal I am making myself, it is different, but when you have no idea because you are going to someone's house, it is a tough call.

Thank you for the input on my last blog. I had to get it out there, because I know I am not the only one who struggles with how much I have to lose...and lose sight of how much healthier I already am! You are absolutely right though--I DON'T feel guilty about the birthday cake I am going to have tomorrow at a 2 year old's party. I am going to enjoy myself and still come out on top at the end of the week. Have a great weekend!

Love the button! Thank you!
Excellent words. I'm very touched by "let yourself OUT, let us IN..."
I want to work for Kinetix too - and I said so at the session Jamie led at Providence last week. (gulp!) Just need to do the 8 weeks first. :)

Coach Lisa, you are FUNNY! Ok about the picture - maybe I want to stay anonymous, eh? ;) Then I can sneak up on you in the grocery store and be all, "surprise!" Kidding. :)
Ok, ok, I'll get on the photo thing. Gerry said the same thing to me last week. They'll hafta be old pix for now.
Promise you won't stop bugging me about this. :)

Thanks for taking the time to write this morning! I am allergic to: Milk products (can eat live culture yoghurt), melon, coconut, sage, shellfish, most sugar substitutes. I can tolerate a small amount of wheat. Pig and lamb are out.

I printed off the Quick Snacks and there is a LOT on there I can eat! Fresh fish is abundant right now, and pretty inexpensive in Anchorage.
