About Me:
I'm the chef for Kinetix! I have been in the food industry for almost 25 years-whew! I lived in San Francisco for 20 years and worked in fine dining and with Whole Foods Market. I moved here in 2002 to be near my family and love the fact that I can always find parking!
I came to Kinetix to help fire the passion to change the way people eat and view food. My goal is to create food that never evokes the word "diet" and to help people find their way back to the kitchen and away from fast food. I know not everyone likes to cook, but if I can inspire just one person to try and prepare one delicious, nutritious balanced meal for themselves and family each week, then they are on the way to success.

What a great idea. Another of my rogue companions, Gina Marie, also mentioned having a lunch club. I'll certainly ask her and Coach Sibyl for more info.

Oh thank you, thank you for working with Chef Shar. Michele Herman will appreciate your efforts too! I've already noticed that they have little containers of grapes and other veggies - and I've already kinda been pestering them with questions like, "How many ounces of meat is in this dish?" and "How were these veggies prepared?" :)

I finally got started reading Kitchen Confidential and I don't want to put it down. I took it to Madrona Beach anbd read half the book while lounging in the sun :)
I am seriously in love with Anthony Bourdain . and with the power of food. Whether for good or for E -vil..Haha!
