i actually feel a bit fitter. even though i can hardly walk from the wednesday lunges. i feel like a teeny weeny bit firmer. really.
ok thats the good news. i think i pulled a muscle in my calf doing curves workout. you see i work there and i pretty much do the workout daily. i was jumping around and poof! my calve just got an intense charley horse.
dang! this has happened before to me. so .. ice and ibuprofen.

these exercises are tough! i am sweating and i NEVER SWEAT. so that must say something.
