Hello Traci, you can include your kids in on the Kinetix meals. You already know what they like and dislike. Look up the recipes and served them as well as yourself. They don't EVER have to know... LOL :o) Welcome to Kinetix Traci!!!

Traci, how old are your children? I have a 5 and 1 yr old (need to update my pict). For bfast and lunch, I serve my kids pretty much what they want, as long as it's healthy enough. For dinner, we eat as a family AND we eat Kinetix dinners. There are lots of meals that my kids like- sloppy joes, lasagna, turkery fried rice, mac and cheese, fiesta soup, chili, chicken manicotti, for starters. Prep will probably be a big thing for you and maybe asking for some help???!!! Keep reaching out. I have been living Kinetix for a little over 5 months now AND I LOVE it!!!
