Great tips. The cereal thing made me laugh, because I did a similar thing on my last trip to Hawaii and my daughter (3.5) now equates cereal in ziplocks with "we're off to Hawaii." If only it was that easy!

active, just finishing up treatement for cancer, limited in my ability to follow the K-nutrition plan but can certainly follow the 20% fat rule! i am limited in number of servings of animal-based protein (1-2 servings per week), and i cannot eat soy or dairy. this is my 3rd basic program...first time in the 4-week format. i love the performance program.
My Goals:
get back in shape; tone my legs; get a good nutrition program in place; be happy!

happy to be doing the program again. danielle is awesome and so is my team. it's so great that the program is flexible enough to accomodate my nutrition requirements/limitations. i'm unable to eat much animal-based protein (1-2 servings per week), dairy, or soy so it's been fun discovering new ways to get protein.

MySpace Graphics & I know this is a little cheesy, but I really liked this saying. It reminds me of why I workout and why I chose to fuel my body with healthy balanced meals.
