Week V - and going into Vacation

So week five is over and I'm now officially on vacation the week I worried about back after week 1. So it has not been hard yet - and I'm excited to see how the extra time affects my planning and gives me a little extra time at the gym or walking (more activity, even "non excercise' related activity, should help, right.)

Week III (.5)

I'm still "on board" with the challenge - but this past 1/2 a week has been frustrating to me. I feel as if I have hit a plateau, the same one I seem to hit in every "program" I have tried. I am committed to sticking out the 8 weeks and I can definitely see a size change in my body, but I've not seen any more fat % decrease and my weight is not going down any more. Week II

Sunday again of week 2. I'm down another .5% BF and this week people started commenting on noticing a change in how I look. Very exciting. What is more important though is that I feel as if I am into the habit now. I know it takes 21 days, so I am planning to mentally buckle down this week - it could be the make or break it for me.
