Today is the day. Today is the day. Today is the day.
I am taking it for myself.
I am going to get off the computer and go do my 30 minutes of cardio.
I am scared.
I am worth it. I am worth it. I am worth it.
I am working on being the best me I can be.
I want to be healthy and feel good about myself.
I am going to start right now....

And tomorrow I will start again. And hopefully it will continue to get easier.

I did it! I went an did my 30 minutes of cardio!! And I'm working on my K-Balanced Nutrition. Not there yet. But tomorrow I will try again. I'm proud of myself.

Alright. Another day. My goals: Complete my first day of Upper Body Fitness. Stay within my K-Count. Enjoy life. Remember that I am worth it!

Feeling a little anxious. Why? This is going to make me healthier and stronger. I can do. I am going to do it. Today is another day. Baby steps. Start the day right. Be strong. Today is a new day--I am going to make the most of it.

Yesterday was a great day! I ate very well. And I was able to complete my fitness program for the day too!

Today has been more of a struggle because work has me worn out. I have balanced my food, and I'm discovering cool new habits and tricks. But being that I've only gotten 5 hours of sleep in the past 36 hours and worked 17 of that--I have not done my cardio. I will make today my rest day, and do the cardio tomorrow because I'll have the whole day to myself. And I am beat! :)

Tomorrow is another day. I will do it again.

So far, so good! I got up today and did my cardio that I couldn't make time to do yesterday!!!! So far I've succeeded to meet my fitness goal this week (100% completion). Working on the nutrition goals, but it seems to be getting easier. Even went to a friends party last night and only ate the fruits and veggies! None of the junk food!!!!!

I'm starting to gain more confidence. I am starting to have the desire to tell my partner! But I really would rather just show him my success in the next couple months! I'm so excited!!!! This is actually kinda fun! lol :)

Getting full...

I've completed just a week and a half, and I'm finding that I get sooo full, so fast when I'm eating. I can barely finish a single serving of anything. And my body is already reminding me every couple hours that it's time to eat again. And I'm not craving junk food. The stomach problems I've been experiencing for the last 6 years are almost non-existent! Even when I easily could eat something not balanced, I can't bring myself to do it. man this week's been kinda hard for me too. i started school again so i didnt work out yesterday and then ive been hungry everyday in b/t meals. rough. ive been dealing with it though. i just wish it was easier already.

I love the Performance program because it really kicks my butt with the weights, and I LOVE the interval cardio.. It goes by so quick !
So tell me when you fit in the ab exercises? I try to do mine Monday or on the weekend workout day..

Hey Sarah.. You don't need to do cardio every day .. I know it's easy to fall into the "hurry up" for results .more more more.. kind of thing .
TOTALLY not neccesary.
How are you feeling in general with your workouts , the strength training as well as the cardio? What kind of results have you had lately? ( not counting holidays if you had a rough patch) Is everything going well? Is it time to sart talking about the Performance Program to switch it up so you aren't bored? I need to know a little more before I can offer any suggestrions really. Have you done a BCA lately?

Hi Sarah.... I think we can all relate, at least I can, to what you are experiencing... Change is hard. Positive changes seem harder to implement than the ones that are bad for me... Funny how that works... You're taking the first steps. Just take it a day at a time....
