Sarah...I'm vertically challenged too! In order for me to do the flat bench press, pullovers, & tri-cep extentions, I need to keep my knees bent and my feet flat on the bench. Stability is important, so give that a try. :-)

Hi Sarah...The hike sounds amazing. My only piece of advice would be that the extra variable of cardio may limit your body fat results. If I am reading right, you have 2 goals: Body Fat loss and Endurance Training. Unfortunately, those goals can work against each other. In your K-progress report this week...make sure you note in your K-Progress E-mails. Does that make sense?

I think it's so great the way Starbucks supports the partners with this program. Have you tried VIA in a protein shake? Awesome!
