BCA Results vs Chothes

Today was my 4 week BCA. So different from the last time I went through the 8 week Kinetix program. I remember being in the gym after a BCA and having less than great results, not even good results and I cried, right there in front of my coach. Heck I think it’s happened more than once. A new kitchen...how fun!! We are in the process of buying a beach get-away on Whidbey. I'm beginning to get excited about setting up that kitchen...sort of like playing house! Long term, I want to get kayaks to have there too, but need a sofa and bed first. :-) Glad to hear you are enjoying biking...definitely easier on the knees!!
