My K Challenge goals!!!
*My journal will be filled out completely... nothing left out.
*All workouts for the week will be done while pushing myself for the best results.
*10 minutes of after workout stretching will be added to all workouts.
**Eat all K-balanced meals for the entire 8weeks!
*Be able to run on cardio days without much walking.
*Incorporate more activities into my life.
