Are you craving something- chocolate, peanut butter and pickles, chips, cheesy toast, the last cookies on the counter? Obviously, when we go for these goodies, we are most likely having a Free Target. Two Free Targets per week is ok, but what if these cravings are causing us to have more than we have planned for? What can be done?
First, if we want change to occur we have to take the steps forward to create it. Make a commitment to journaling in your Kinetix Journal.

Today let's set up a plan and let's stick to it. Tell others about your plan and follow through on your commitments. Step slightly outside your comfort zone and make those decisions that are hard to make (they are most likely the best choice) --this will encourage change! Celebrate your successes.
