About Me:
I am a runner all the way! I do dabble in other sports to keep my life interesting and challenging, but for me, nothing beats an early morning jog on the trails and a hot latte from Starbucks afterwards! Through the years my clients have become the key to my everyday smile- I guide individuals to feel empowered about their bodies- and I've even persuaded some to become runners...I have the best job ever! Other than that, I love to bbq with my husband, water ski at Shasta Lake with friends, spend time with my mom and dad, snowboard with my step daughter in the winter, and recite hilarious movie lines :)!

Why am I craving that?

Are you craving something- chocolate, peanut butter and pickles, chips, cheesy toast, the last cookies on the counter? Obviously, when we go for these goodies, we are most likely having a Free Target. Two Free Targets per week is ok, but what if these cravings are causing us to have more than we have planned for? What can be done?



First, if we want change to occur we have to take the steps forward to create it. Make a commitment to journaling in your Kinetix Journal.

Today let's set up a plan and let's stick to it. Tell others about your plan and follow through on your commitments. Step slightly outside your comfort zone and make those decisions that are hard to make (they are most likely the best choice) --this will encourage change! Celebrate your successes.

Hi Marcie,

Friday went good....got in my 30 minute cardio on eliptical. I didn't get a workout in on Saturday. But had a great time at my family reunion....

Uh oh, busted! I'll make an appointment around the 2nd/3rd week of July, the midway point through 8 weeks of Basic before I pick up running again in prep for the 13.1 at the beginning of September. It's so nice to just take a (vigorous) 30-minute walk a few times/week instead of an hour+ run daily, though it's way harder to get my heart rate going.
