My first day was today. I started off by sleeping through breakfast (not so good) then had a cup of black coffee to get me going. That sparked the appetite at about 2pm. So I ate some of the honey almond cereal ( which rocks and gave me some energy to go and do my workout. I did my work out in 33 mins which is allmost on target but I had not been to my hometown gym in a while and people wanted to talk to me . So I cut the chit chat short and did the work out.
