The only problem that I have had when I don't meet my monring k-counts, is being too hungry in the evening. It is definately a transition eating more in the morning. If a k-5, k-4 is too much, try k-2, k-5, k-2 to meet your morning counts. Trust me,…

Fantastic 5-K

I still can't believe I did it! Coming from someone who hates the monotony of running - this is huge!
My goal was to jog my 5-k with out stopping, regardless of how long it took. I knew if I set a goal time to complete the run in, that I would not pace myself and end up giving out before the finish line. I knew that I wanted to complete it in under 45 Minuit's for sure - because I could walk it in 45.

Hi Julie- I am coming to Seattle to see my family and friends. I had planned on working out at the k-gym on Wednesday but beyond that I hadn't planned anything else. Do you work out at the SCC? Right now I do all my workouts in home. I almost won't know what to do in a gym. lol
