About Me:
I wrangle four cats, one horse, and a boyfriend on a full-time basis. Any time left during the day will probably find me either sleeping or working.

Somewhere between kitten-chasing, picking hooves, and making drinks, I'm finding time to work through the Basic Kinetix Program with Melissa Rolli.

The kittens approve.

Used the Sandwich 101 guide to make dinner tonight: tuna, reduced-fat mayo, green onion, lettuce, and tomato all stuffed into pitas. Simple, but the result was way good.

Of course, the cats never complain when tuna's involved. For kittens, tuna night is a good night.

And tonight for dinner we're having...breakfast.

I made Mexican-Style Scrambled Eggs tonight for dinner, since I pretty much used up all the meat in the house earlier in the week.

Not bad, but it definitely needed more jalapeño (and I even used more than the recipe called for). And cheese would make it really good, but that wo… Continue

Adventures in cooking.

So it's been a fun start, if a sporadic one. Technically, I'm supposed to start on November 10 (or so my email tells me), but I've been playing along with Melissa while I wait for my kit.

We've snuck a few good workouts in before being sidelined, first when Melissa caught the plague that shot through her three boys like wildfire, and then this weekend was my birthday and, well, you know how that goes.

So I like to… Continue

HA! Girl you have your hands full! Love the pics of your kitties, so cute!
You will find the Kinetix program to work into your lifestyle as you give yourself 30 min of love 6 days a week. Seems simple and it is. Believe it or not, expending energy actually gives you energy. Seems backwards but add exercise and the combination of balanced nutrition, you will have more energy to maybe get another kitty or why not throw a puppy in the mix?? lol Just kidding, you get what I am saying though. Reach out if you need any help.
