How you doing sir thanks for the welcome ! I'm 40 yrs old and about 4 mths ago a start the lean shake by gnc and lost 38 lbs. But for the last mth i cant seem to lose any thing ! i changed up my cardio and weight training but still no more weight coming off! Do you guys have ant thing like the lean shake by gnc ? And i do 45 min till and hr on the treadmill and 30 mins of weights 4 till 5 days a week now.

Thanks for the welcome, James! My company's commitment to getting everyone healthier is a big motivation. I have a LOT of weight to lose and am at a bit of a loss at how to do it. I'm hoping that having the help of coaches like you on my side for the pilot will help me establish new habits that will keep me moving forward towards one of my many goals: I'd like to do the STP within the next two years. We'll see if I can make that happen!
