It was so good as a Sunday morning breakfast! It was super delicious and only a K2!! I had a K4 serving!!
As you requested.. (I told you that I would do it)

Workouts are scheduled in my planner thru March! Went to the doc last week for a check up...When he noticed my weight change -6lbs since that last time I was there which was the first week of January 2010,,,he asked me what I was doing...I told him about Kinetix! Told me to keep up the good work!!
I have a quick question. I am running between 8 to 9 minute miles on my runs and find that my heart rate is averaging between 160 and 180 BPM. I am supposed to be at 121 to 140. Is it bad to have a higher average heart rate than what your target is supposed to be? Thanks Gerry.

My plan is give my week 2 a fresh start on Monday if that works with you. The piano bench has been working out just fine. The biggest help for meeting my targets has been to get rid of other foods so no temptation is within arms reach. I have to say I'm looking forward to eating meals again. The crackers, OJ, and chicken broth have just about worn out their welcome. Hope all is well on your end of the world. ~Kevin
