Wow Bra! You look awesome, eh? I would like to look like you, is it possible? I've enjoyed my 9 weeks with Kinetix and I have about 60 more lbs of fat to go. I want to know what High School you attended in Hawaii. I am a graduate from Aiea High School, but grew up in Nanakuli & Waianae area. Aloha my braddah!

Gerry - I've tried and tried to leave you a message on this but it keeps coming back to me. Hope it works this time. I am following up on your 12 dates in 12 weeks. Remember that goal? I realize that "you can get your own dates" but I wanted to encourage you to work on this goal. Don't analyize them on their nutrition or exercise abilities - just go out and enjoy yourself. I want you to also report in on how your dates are going. I WANT DETAILS. :) What's the worst that can happen?? I realize that by now you are missing the Southern Belles - hey I tried to offer you my help when you were here in Tenneesee. I will remnd you every week of your 12 in a row. If you miss a date week then you have to start over. You know - what's the BIG DEAL? Missing you lots...............We are not the same in the gym without you!! Watch out Girls - Here he comes!! Hey Gerry! I apologize for the delayed response! The last couple of weeks have been pretty busy! I'm actually in MT on vacation this week! One of my best friends from high school is getting married on Saturday, so I decided to take the week off to help her prepare! Everything in Lewiston has been going very well! I'd love to catch up with you when you get a chance! Give me call anytime! Good luck in your tourney on Sunday! I look forward to hearing all about it!

Gerry
thanks for thinking of me- I'm off to Lexington with a bag full of ziploc cereal, bars and prepacked lunch and snacks for the LONG plane ride through Memphis. I've got a plan for weights on Wednesday- even if the hotel fitness center is lacking. Great news about Starbucks is that 8 pound wieights also known as a gallon of milk are always in great supply.
see you on Friday
