This weekend is a weekend to go check out different areas around Cleveland... try to figure out where to settle... lots o driving, but I think it will be fun.

How was your first week?
To answer your question I have been following the Kinetix principles for over 5 years. It has worked wonders for me. I was putting on 5-10 lbs per year prior to Kinetix and I was always tired. I had no stamina to do anything. There no doubt in my mind that I would be over 300 lbs today if it was not for this program. Today I play all kinds of sports and I have tons of energy. I can keep up with any 18 year old as far as fitness goes and I am in my forties.
The weather gets very cold around here. I often do my cardio at -40 or colder in January and February. I just take it one day at the time.

Did you take back and exchange your heart rate monitor?I am really curious about your swimming and where your heart rate is when you do.
I'll have to consider my swimming options. And all this time I thought I just stunk at swimming.
