a new guy to all of this.

been yo yoing over the past 4 years and finally have been able to manage my weight for the last 6 months or so and finally ready to go to the next level ive lost nearly 130# over the last three years and have successfully gone from a size 46pant to a 34pant now.

Im excited about this next journey in my lifestyle change
my challenge and area of opportunity is the fact that i don't eat meals. I eat lots of healthy snacks. Meals but just all spread out through the day and i need to take time to sit down and Eat a meal.

Perhaps its my recharge time.

I used to be one of those guys that even the thought of the word "gym" made me think immediately of being intimidated by the "other" guy. I quickly found out that this is not the case. Each day that i go and come home from the gym I am inspired by what i have just done. I have taken control of my life rather than my life controlling me and that is MY personal key to success. I control 100 percent what happens in the gym.
