- 7 reduced fat wheat thins (I have gotten creative and sometimes substitute here with 7 reduced fat tortilla chips or 13g of reduced fat cheetos)
I think you should reconsider the Jingle Bell ..and just think of it as cardio with bells on :-) with a few thousand people .
