Yes, help with recipes would be great. I made lasagna and mac + cheese last week and this helped with the grab and go. Thanks for the suggestions. I also tried the fiesta tomatoe soup, pretty good. Getting the hang of it. We are in test group to have our weight, body fat and lean muscle tested weekly. I think this is very valuable. Have lost about 5 lbs so far and feel good. Legs didn't hurt as much this week. Oly and I have few plans for the weekend. He is off on Friday too. We are going to the Mariners game tonight. What are you doing on Sunday?
