About Me:
My journey with fitness began in the first grade when I started martial arts. Through this experience, I learned goal setting, goal achieving, and perseverance. I later obtained my second-degree black belt in Yu Ying Tao and become a lead instructor at my martial arts school. Martial arts was my first passion in the fitness world, but since then I’ve taken up swimming, cycling, running, skiing, wakeboarding, weight lifting, triathlons, and 5Ks. I am a certified personal trainer in health and fitness, as well as certified strength and conditioning trainer.

You are totally missing out on our whole lunch bunch. We have hooked Calvin up! On Monday I made "quick white bean chili" and "peach crumble," on Tuesday had "tomato fiesta soup," On Wednesday he had "chicken enchilada casserole," and today he is having "Quick Chili Verde" and "Key Lime Pudding"..... oh man oh man, you are missing out! The lunch bunch has been going well so far... oh so fun! I'm glad I did it. I hope the buzz gets around and we have more people wanting to do it!
