Thanks Hannah, Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I have been doing a lot of walking and I am finding that I can stay in my target zone!

Don't worry about being rusty...you should see my husband play. ;) He just has a good time.
I enjoyed some grilled bbq chicken, half a loaded baked potato and some pretzel jello at 2 year old birthday party this weekend. They were good!
I am gearing up for a long week at work next week...I am going to do a ton of freezer stocking this Friday so I don't take any unplanned targets, because I am going to be living at the store.

First off: who's Tracy? Or did you mean my evil twin? ;)

Well... I did everything differently - by following Kinetix for my first full week. :)

How was the music festival? I love when I can go see some of my favorite bands..sometimes they end up in obscure places, but fun nonetheless.
My husband has been playing beach volleyball every Sunday for the summer. His work is really into health and wellness, so they sponsor all sorts of teams. He usually plays golf, but it got too expensive, so he switched to volleyball. I've always liked to play recreationally, but was never any good.
So that is a great goal to join a league for the summer...let me know how that goes!

Yeah...Portland is a great marathon. The city really shows awesome support. I don't know if I'd say there's a band every mile, but there's certainly no shortage of good tunes along the way. Congrats on your fist marathon! My wife and I did the half a few years ago. I remember it being pretty fun. My nutrition is alright. I know I drink too much wine and eat too many treats! I love ice cream and cookies and will have to wean myself off of those really fast. If there's any reason I won't/can't lose weight, it's the wine, ice cream and cookies! I haven't tried any of the recipes yet. It's on my to do list for this week. Thanks for checking in Hannah!
