Hi Carla,

It looks like we may hold off printing more at this point as we are working on the next version of the jounral. In the meantime you can print the pdf version of the journal and create your own. I have had some clients print and bind theirs at a Copy Depot or Office Max, having it formatted to the size that is most convenient for them.

Give your husband a huge hug from me for bringing you the plant for Easter. Then give yourself a huge hug for realizing that set backs happen and for being ready to move on again.

Are you switching around your strength training days to fit in the spinning class...or trying to do both today? We should discuss adjusting your K-Target to compensate if you are adding any cardio to the program. Be sure to track your heart rate during the class...I don't want you losing the lean muscle that we are working so hard to build!
