OH Boy.

I haven't been around lately, and it's been much to my demise. I put other things in priority, rather than focusing on my health. Well, I lost like 30 lbs, and I've practically been able to keep it off, but I haven't given myself the time to focus on me. I really don't know why I put obstacles in my way. you guys, you guys, YOU GUYS!!!

OOOOK, so i went to my play's rehearsal two days ago and I tried on my costume. The costume lady looked at me and said, "Huh, I'm gonna have to resize this. You've lost some weight. Infact quite a bit!"
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!! But it gets better......
I went back in last night to try my resized costume and she ays, "You know its still not fitting right. Let me measure your waist...." and after she measured my waist she looked at me and said, "Alana, I had you down as a 42" and you're now a 35" !"

I need some inspiration

It's getting harder. I'm hungry all the time. I'm still always thinking about eating. I haven't messed up the eating part yet, if anything I've had to skip meals because I'm too tired to cook or I'm at school and work all day. I guess what I really need are some answers; how do I make this easier on me?

So Coach Cynthia inspired me to write my own SWITCH ON/SWITCH OFF excercise after I read how deep and relative her's was. It was definitley a hard thing to do, I did it in the back room of my work on my lunch break and man, it got so personal I came out a different person after wards! I was sure nicer to the customers!

TODAY'S THE DAY! TODAY'S THE DAY! TODAY'S THE DAY!

Today's the day I start the program full throttle! I'm scared as heck. I don't know if I'm strong enough to carry out this responsibility to myself. That's how serious I see this, it's a new responsiblity. I can't really take it lightly this time around. With any other diets I tried, it never worked because I celebrated too early and gave up too quickly. It's sad. I hope that I really do this one thing for myself right now. I need it desprately.

Good question. Our build-a-meal shake mix is out of stock at the moment. It's a really popular product but it will be back soon! Sorry for the inconvenience. There are lots of smoothies online that you can make without the shake mix. The breakfast smoothie is a popular one.
