Wow, week 7! Where did it go? How are the exercises feeling? Remember, in one week we will be revisiting our old exercises. Are you set up for success? Strive for the 19/2/6 club, and make it your goal this week to add more water and K0’s to your days. Entering Week 8 let’s take this one in stride and have fun!! Doug Fisher
Doug has really striving to reach his goals! Each week he has improved his K-Counts! During week 7, Doug hit his targeted goal of 19/2. He managed this over the long holiday weekend! In addition, he constantly challenges himself, and his peers in the weight room.
