Nutrition is a powerful aide to help you reach your goals... not something that needs to be "un-done" in the gym the next day.
It's easy to sink into a mindset that if you eat something bad, you can work it off the next day. This simply creates a miserable battle in your head and will cause you to associate guilt with food when that is not the way it should be. It should be something you feel good about because you can watch the way it catalyzes your results from exercising to achieve your fitness and fat loss goals!!
Likewise, we can cometimes set up bad food cycles with a kind of 'withholding' mindset using food as rewards & not enjoying our exercise, as just EXERCISE. Then comes super duper free-target looper just 'because you can'. Not the ideal way to go.
