Here’s Week 3 Challenge:

Objective: Team that contributes 10 solutions from 10 different team members win. Winner will be determined by 3/24

After hearing a lot of tips and solutions in class, Jeremy and I wanted to do a Team Tennessee collaboration of quick (no cooking) K-Balanced snacks (K1-K3) that you have been using.

Here’s the Twist— K-Balanced Snacks Cannot Be Duplicated, No Cottage Cheese.

Mark's Power Breakfast Sandwich

1/4 cup Egg Substitute
1 English Muffin
1 veggie sausage patty
1 sclice fat free cheese
1/4 cup Spinach
hot sauce to taste

Cook egg substitute
Microwave sausage patty
Stack eggs, patty cheese and spinach on the muffin add hot sauce and enjoy!
