Hi James, yesterday in our meeting here in PDX you mentioned you have some nondairy recipes that you use. Would you mind sharing those?

Coach Aaron posted a great blog listing some non-dairy snacks. Check it out for ideas!

Thank you coach Terry. I've got this list and the snacks are great. I am still trying to work out a larger variety of meals.

Hi Corinne- Have you had chance to look over some of the recipes on the website that are dairy free? Good to hear form you the other day.

Hi Amanda, I have not. Crazy busy week. I am planning on getting some new ones this weekend and I will see how that goes.

Hi Corinne , I am searching for this same subject ... Have you found some things that work for you?

Hi Lisa - Using the building a balanced meal tool is about the best way to go. Some of the salad recipes and the sloppy joe recipe I use a lot. It is very frustrating. I like to just look at a recipe, make it, and eat. I don't have the time for a lot of researching and building meals but I am trying to get use to this dairy free way of life.

I too am a dairy-free K-gal, and there are recipes on the site that are dairy-free...you just gotta do some sifting! Here are a couple of my fav's:

Cinnamon Oatcakes
Scrambled Eggs, Ham and Fruit
Burgers with Sweet Potato fries
Grilled Cilantro Chicken and Mango Salsa

Just to name a few!
Happy cooking!
