Okay, so I was talking to a Kinetix Community member yesterday about her program. She had just had her wisdom tooth out and couldn't eat anything that required chewing.
I told her I would send her some recipes that came to mind, but now I realize that there is a better chance at getting more for her to work with if I ask the Community. And just maybe someone else will need soft foods and be able to use this as a reference.
SO I'll start the ball rolling with Simple Chocolate Pudding. (my Favorite)
Can you think of some ? What's your favorite non chewing recipe?

I love any of the smoothie's. My favorite is K5 Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

This one is great tooK4 Breakfast Cheesecake

The K2 Creamy Corn Chowder
Is great- blend it up well.

There is a mix of sweet and savory for her. It should hold her until she heals up a bit!

I vote for soft ice cream and popsicles! That probably won't help anyone reach their goals so I would have to say my all-time favorite is the Power Smoothie with blueberries instead of peaches

Coach Lisa, thanks so much for the post. I think I've had enough smoothies in the week following my wisdom tooth extraction to last me for a while.

Coach David, I tried for ice cream but my husband thought the smoothies were a better choice. He did bring me sugar free jello so I can't complain too much.

Today I'm feeling a ton better. Yesterday was my first day back at the gym and it felt good. I did find that running is not an option, as my jaw began to throb some and is a little sore today.

Since I need to finish getting my wisdom teeth removed, at least it won't be an emergency next time, I will be better prepared with nutrition options. I'm loving the thought of having Breakfast Cheesecake every morning... and if I can get a few scoops of ice cream in there, so be it. :)
