Is there somewhere on line that lists the K count for items? example - cottage cheese, fruit, etc. I could not find this readily online

Hi Julie,
for a food item to have a k-count it must first be balanced (40/40/20). The items you mentioned need to be paired with some protein for that to happen. I suggest you walk thru the steps listed in the Learn about Nutrition section -this will make it easier to understand the Nutrition side of the program. Watch the videos too! Let me know if you have other questions.

Hey Julie! So the best place to find this stuff is in the Nutrition Library/Tools. I gave you a packet of information yesterday in class as did Danielle that has the same tools printed out. That is the best thing to go off of. We can chat today about it also when you're in for cardio!! Great job yesterday, see you soon!
