OK I need help from all the ladies out there who know what I am talking about when I say, “What can I do to prevent the UNIBOOB when working out?” I have learned a complete set of new healthy lifestyles habits and for that matter implemented them as best as I can but I still cannot figure out what the ideal workout bra is! Seriously I have embraced this entire Kinetix Program, first Basic now Performance yet I still have this problem of one giant boob every time I workout. It seems no matter what brand or style of workout bra I have tried, it never fails the two come together smashed as one once the lifting, bending, running, etc… begins. I am hoping others have had this problem in the past and might be able to help me out with some advice. Gentlemen please feel free to add input if you have some.
Thanks to any and all who respond to my cry for help.

I'm seconding the Title 9 store. they have a website and catalogue as well. They "test" all their products on themselves and have the most extensive selection of workout bra's I've ever seen! for a less expensive option, I got my favorite one at Target, I think it is rebok and it is styled like a regular underwire but with more support - I'm a "D" cup and I have no problem with bounce or with "uniboob".
Good luck! Sue

It's mid-August and I just read this thread. Can't believe I missed all of this genius. It is hilarious and fantastic. I hardly know what to add. My two cents: I'm not sure you should worry about boob shape during your workout unless it has to do with the "girls" moving around too much. They should be very well supported and that may mean smashing them down to keep them from flopping about.
FYI...I should not be commenting since any sports bra simply flattens my small cup size so much that I have the physique of a 14-year old boy...and it's particularly worse now that I'm over 40.

Well thanks for your two cents - sure gave me a smirk. I am all for smashing 'um down to keepum' steady but when you are of larger size smashing down also means smashing together which can be very uncomfortable. And, can cause a motion of momentum maybe not intention for the particular exercise one is working on. Not a problem for me anymore but I can honestly say I have been through it and can empathize with anyone (male or female) experiencing a uniboob.

I'm glad their are women (and men) who are sharing their experiences and supporting each other. Thanks for the insight.
